User-defined model for frequency stability studies in PSS/E-based simulations. A Fortran model that reads the frequency at the bus where the CBEST + PAUXFR pair is connected. It generates an auxiliary power signal that is fed into the CBEST model to enable active power injection based on frequency deviations during the dinamic simulations.
