The dataset consists of 69 endoscopic pituitary surgery videos, with an average duration of 83 minutes, obtained at Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre in Madrid, Spain and recorded using an endoscope at 25 frames per second with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The surgery comprises seven (7) surgical phases. These include a Phase 0, which refers to as "Outside the body", to account for moments when the endoscope was outside the patient. The other six phases correspond to the complete surgical procedure. Informed consent was obtained from all patients for the publication of the videos.

| - The defined phases of pituitary surgery are as follows: P0 – Outside the body, P1 – Nasoseptal flap preparation, P2 – Ethmoidectomy and sphenoidal sinus opening, P3 – Sellar opening, P4 – Dural opening, P5 – Tumor resection, and P6 – Dural closure. - The average age of the patients was 60 years. - The primary surgical diagnosis was pituitary adenoma. - The videos have been broken up into segments, for easier downloading and handling.
