Descripción
| This work focuses on the characterization of perovskite photovoltaic cells (PPVCs) for visible light communication (VLC) in terms of efficiency and bandwidth, especially for indoor and outdoor environments. Moreover, a comparison between different perovskite devices bandgap is carried out to observe the relationship between bandgap-bandwidth and bandgap-efficiency. The results demonstrate the viability of using PPVCs for VLC based on the achieved bandwidth of 4.85 MHz and 22% efficiency. |

| For taking the measurements we used an arbitrary waveform generator (RIGOL DG5102) and a green LD (OSRAM PLT5 510). The PDs were connected to a Tektronix TDS2012 oscilloscope in parallel with a 50 Ω resistor. The incident power on the PDs was 0.4 mW. |
