The database contains the results obtained in the research, which aims to analyse the evolution and trends in research on digital pedagogy in higher education through the application of bibliometric analysis and systematic review of scientific output. The analysis focuses on studies on digitisation, university education and educational quality, three categories that are grouped around digital pedagogies and methodologies.

| The dataset consists of an Excel file containing scientific publications downloaded from the Web of Sciences database. The sample contains 242 publications from the Web of Science (WoS), from 2005 to 2022, in the area of digital pedagogies in higher education, in English and Spanish, from the category Education Educational Research, regardless of the database of origin. The variables extracted were: Title, Authors, Book Editors, Source Title, Publication Date, Publication Year, Volume, Issue, Special Issue, Beginning Page, Ending Page, Article Number, DOI, Conference, Title, Conference, Date, Total Citations, Average per Year, and finally, the frequency is indicated by year (from 1900 to 2023).
