2. Privacidad (anonimización, etc.)

The study from which this dataset originated was carried out in accordance with the described protocol, the Declaration of Helsinki, the ICH Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice, and Spanish Law 14/2007 of July 3rd on Biomedical Research, following approval from the Research Ethics Committee (CEI) of the University Hospital of Getafe (CEIm24/08).

All candidates for participation received both verbal and written information. Only those who agreed to participate and signed the informed consent form became participants.

The individuals who took part in the study did so voluntarily and without financial compensation. All participants had the right to withdraw from the study at any time, and upon request, any data collected from them would be deleted.

Throughout the study, participant confidentiality was strictly maintained, and the data were not used for any purpose other than that described. The study complied with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5th on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights. The study personnel ensured the protection of subject data by implementing pseudonymization; that is, each participant's records were distinguished by an ad hoc numeric code in the electronic database. Thus, the study databases contain no personal data that could identify the participants. The identity of the participants will not be revealed at any time.
