The project’s main aim is to explore the digital discursive strategies employed by assistant teachers in an online community of practice, focusing on their teaching context and narrative positioning.
The corpus selected for the analysis is derived from a digital forum conducted in English, involving 117 language assistants from bilingual (English-Spanish) schools in the Region of Madrid, Spain. The assistants, who participated in the forum during the academic year 2022-2023, were asked to address the question : “What’s your opinion on Madrid’s Bilingual Education?”.
